Carys offers a 30 minute online initial consultation before treatment. She will record a full health history and take time to understand the individual behind the presenting symptoms. Lifestyle and emotional wellbeing may be explored where appropriate. This enables Carys to build a treatment plan tailored to you as an individual going forward.
An inperson appointment will then be scheduled for an acupuncture treatment. Please allow up to 60 minutes for all follow up appointments.
