What to expect

Carys offers a 30 minute online initial consultation before treatment. She will record a full health history and take time to understand the individual behind the presenting symptoms. This enables her to build a treatment plan tailored to you as an individual going forward.

An in-person appointment is then scheduled for an acupuncture treatment. Please allow up to 60 minutes for all follow up appointments.

Acupuncture is designed to complement your ongoing medical care, never to compete with it — Carys works from established medical chambers and maintains close partnerships with consultants and GPs.
